My order for some rhinestone chains and flat backs arrived today, but a couple of the flat backs were a different shade than I expected from the online catalog. Has anyone dealt with their returns or exchanges before?

Oh man, that's a bummer. I had a similar issue with some jump rings once, they sent the wrong size. Returns were pretty straightforward though, just filled out the form on their site and got an RMA. Took about a week for the refund.
